Project Manager Implementation

Work location: Zürich Workload: 100% Start date: Immediately or by arrangement Department: Business Development / Project Management Your tasks * Responsibility for the planning, steering, and implementation of implementation projects in Facility Management up to the stable handover to operations * Translation of customer contracts, service descriptions, and tender documents into actionable work packages, processes, resource, and schedule plans * Definition of project goals, milestones, responsibilities, and decision-making paths as well as consistent monitoring of the agreed results * Steering of project scope, deadlines, quality, costs, resources, risks, dependencies, and changes * Coordination of all internal and external project participants, especially sales, operations, specialist departments, suppliers, and customers * Leading project meetings, status reporting, escalation management, and audience-appropriate communication to clients and management * Ensuring the complete recording and structured documentation of relevant object, facility, personnel, process, and service data * Development and implementation of operational processes, organizational structures, roles, interfaces, control mechanisms, and site-specific operating concepts * Coordination of the introduction and maintenance of relevant systems and data, for example CAFM, time tracking, reporting, and collaboration platforms * Planning and support of recruitment, personnel migration, onboarding, training, and instructions for a successful mandate start * Ensuring the readiness of personnel, infrastructure, material, machines, equipment, sub-suppliers, and documentation for the go-live * Preparation, implementation, and documentation of acceptances, tests, operational takeovers, and handovers to the operative organization * Stabilization of operations after the go-live, tracking of open points, and ensuring an orderly project closure and lessons learned phase * Analysis of processes and key figures as well as development and implementation of sustainable optimization and standardization measures Your profile * Completed commercial or technical basic training with higher vocational training in Facility Management, Project Management, or Business Administration, for example Federal Diploma FM Manager, HF/FH studies in Facility Management, or comparable qualification * Several years of professional experience in integral Facility Management as well as sound understanding of technical, infrastructural, and commercial FM services are prerequisites for the position * Several years of experience in the independent management of complex implementation, transition, or mobilization projects, ideally with new or expanded FM mandates * Demonstrable knowledge in project planning and steering, risk, quality, cost, deadline, resource, and change management * Experience in the interpretation and operational implementation of contracts, service descriptions, tenders, calculations, SLA, and KPI About us At Vebego AG, more than 6'000 employees make our customers' lives easier every day and ensure that their buildings always remain in top form.
