Tasks

• Technical, personnel, and organizational management of intensive care medicine
• Responsible for the specialist medical care of critically ill patients
• Strategic further development of intensive care medicine in close interdisciplinary cooperation
• Promotion of innovation and clinical research
• Strengthening a lively training, advanced training, and continuing education culture

Requirements

• Specialist medical title in intensive care medicine or equivalent qualification
• Ideally an additional specialist medical title in anesthesiology, internal medicine, or surgery
• Broad clinical experience in surgical and medical intensive care medicine as well as several years of management activity
• Proven leadership experience, management skills, and competence in process optimization
• Integrative personality with a passion for innovation as well as high professional and social competence
