An apprenticeship at Spital Muri is varied, individual, and future-oriented. In a family atmosphere, we train nine different apprenticeships, where everything revolves around people. Around 940 employees work with us, and we treat over 80-000 patients. From August 2027, we offer you practical and broad training in the healthcare sector and enable you to gain extensive insight into everyday hospital life. In doing so, you will be supported individually and competently. The training - What to expect? As an Assistant Health and Social Affairs - short AGS - you care for and support patients in the inpatient area. You take on co-responsibility for the care and nursing process of the patients and support them during their hospital stay. In this way, you make an important contribution to the recovery process. Your tasks also include domestic, administrative, and logistical activities. The training lasts a total of 2 years and you will complete it in the Akutgeriatrie. During the training, you will be professionally accompanied and trained by vocational trainers along with other apprentices and students. There is the possibility to subsequently complete your training as a Fachfrau/Fachmann Gesundheit EFZ. Annual working hours apply, which ensure maximum flexibility in the design of working hours. Shift requests will be implemented if possible, and part-time employment is possible in many functions - also in leadership positions.
