The Renovation-Bern AG is an established Bernese SME with around 35 employees. From plastering to dry construction to complete renovation, we are the reliable partner for private customers, property managers, architects, and the public sector in the Bern region. To strengthen our plastering department, we are looking for a committed skilled worker as a Plasterer-Foreman (w/m/d) 100% immediately or by agreement. Your tasks – General plastering and plastering work inside and outside for renovations and new buildings – Plastering work mechanically and manually – Dry construction work of all kinds – Facade insulation of all kinds – Independent execution and supervision of smaller construction sites – Ensuring quality and cleanliness on the construction site Your profile – Completed training as a plasterer/drywall builder (EFZ or EBA) or several years of professional experience in the field of plaster/drywall and facade insulation – Reliable, quality-conscious, and resilient personality with independent working methods – Team leadership qualities and enjoyment of a varied daily routine – Good German language skills in writing and speaking – Driver's license category B – Interest in medium-term further development towards foreman/construction site management.
