In this key role, you are a recruiter as well as a sparring partner for executives and actively shape the entire Employee Life Cycle. These are your tasks You recruit employees with professional profiles such as nursing or customer support positions You competently accompany executives and employees in all HR-relevant issues You take responsibility for the entire Employee Life Cycle – from recruitment to development to professional exit General personnel-related administrative tasks This is what we expect from you You have a completed commercial training as well as further education in HR, ideally with a federal certificate of expertise Required: You have experience in the healthcare industry.
