The ESB Stiftung Baselland is a regionally significant social enterprise and offers people with support needs attractive training and jobs as well as various forms of housing and services. The ESB provides its services at 23 locations, 22 of which are in the canton of Basel-Landschaft, one in the canton of Basel-Stadt. All activities aim to promote the self-determined life of people with disabilities. In the Laubiberg residential quarter, 18 adult people with diverse educational support needs live. Our support is based on self-determination and autonomy, promoting independence in daily tasks and decisions in living and leisure time. Inclusion and participation in the quarter, social life, and integration into the community are services that we strive for and initiate. We see the physical and mental well-being through suitable living and individual support settings as our goal and our mission. We advocate for equal protection, education, and support of the rights and fundamental freedoms of people with disabilities. To complement our team, we are looking for an open and responsible person as Team Leadership WG Laubiberg 80% - 100% ## In the team, you are responsible for the technical and personnel management of 10 employees and a total of 18 people with different support needs. With structured thinking, dedication, and a sense of finesse, you ensure a needs-oriented support for people with support needs as well as the technical development of the residential group employees.
