Production Manager (m/f/d) ###

Your tasks ###

• Leadership and development of the employees in production
• Planning and controlling of production orders
• Cooperation in production
• AVOR including tool procurement
• Responsibility for quality, productivity and delivery reliability
• Representation of the Managing Director
• Ensuring and compliance with occupational safety

Your profile ###

• Completed training as a polymechanic and several years of experience
• Further training as a Technician HF or Production Manager is an advantage
• Experience in AVOR is an advantage
• Proactive, decisive and solution-oriented way of working
• Rapid and precise development as well as implementation of solutions
• Possess very good oral and written communication skills
