Experis Suisse is currently looking for an SAP Basis Administrator to join one of its clients, a major player in its sector, as part of the strengthening of its SAP IT team. As an SAP Basis Administrator, you will be responsible for maintaining the SAP environment in operational conditions and will contribute to its evolution in collaboration with internal teams and external partners. In this capacity, you will be required to: Ensure the supervision and proper functioning of the SAP environment; Manage and resolve incidents, problems, and alerts detected via monitoring tools; Configure, administer, and optimize SAP technical components; Manage SAP transports and coordinate production releases; Provide level 2 support and coordinate escalations when necessary; Participate in maintenance operations, installations, and the integration of new solutions; Administer systems, databases, backups, and automated processes; Manage SAP releases, upgrades, service packs, and SAP notes; Administer SAP authorizations, roles, and profiles; Participate in on-call duties and service continuity; Contribute to the continuous improvement of operating and supervision processes; Guarantee the security of SAP environments in accordance with the publisher's best practices; Produce monitoring indicators, dashboards, and reporting; Maintain up-to-date technical documentation; Participate in the skill development of teams and knowledge sharing. Your profile Higher education in computer science or equivalent experience; Proven experience of at least 5 years in SAP Basis administration; Solid knowledge of SAP architectures and operating processes; Experience in managing SAP transports, upgrades, and migrations; Good mastery of operating systems, databases, and monitoring tools; Experience in SAP authorization management; Ability to analyze and resolve complex incidents; Excellent organizational skills and sense of service; Team spirit, autonomy, and result orientation; Fluent French and a good level of professional English.
