YOUR TASKS • * Preparation of preliminary measurements and calculations for new constructions and demanding transformations • * Preparation of cost estimates and quotations as well as drafting of specifications • * Preparation of the bases for the tender phase and the technical tender phase • * Analysis of tender and planning documents • * Planning and control of costs in all partial phases (in particular SIA phases 1-3) • * Application of cost management in all SIA partial phases • * Interface function for the integration of BIM into cost planning • * Communication in direct contact with project/company management • YOUR PROFILE • * Basic training in the field of construction: CFC drafter, HFP site manager, architectural studies and/or HF graduated technician • * Experience in cost calculation with MesserliBAUAD is an asset • * Knowledge of Swiss standards such as BKP, eBKP-H and NPK • * Strong taste for numbers, analytical and conceptual thinking • * Autonomous, responsible and efficient way of working • * Great personal initiative, confidence and communicative personality • * Perfect mastery of German orally and in writing • WE OFFER • * Varied and autonomous field of activity • * Large portfolio of successfully completed projects, enriched by long experience and know-how • * Multidisciplinary and motivating working environment with short decision-making paths • * Modern and attractive employment conditions • * Support in professional development • PLACE OF WORK Lessingstrasse 3, 8002 Zurich I Gutenbergstrasse 14, 8640 Rapperswil
