YOU WORK FOR WE - AS A STORE MANAGER (M/F) ## As a store manager, you are your own entrepreneur. You know your store's figures and are 100% committed to WE. With your flair, you and your motivated team create the ultimate shopping experience in your store. You are responsible for the success of your store and know how to increase turnover every quarter. You prepare carefully every day for the morning meeting with employees to best prepare your team for the new workday, where everyone gives their best and always stays one step ahead of the competition - from the current collection to the latest customer service advice. What else you bring: • Completed training in retail or higher education. • 2 to 4 years of experience as a manager in a customer-oriented environment, such as retail, hospitality and catering, tourism or event management. • Employee motivation and inspiration run in your veins; you represent our brand externally and are a role model for the assistant store manager and all sales assistants. • You always think one step ahead and transform good ideas into concrete plans for the future. • You are dynamic and possess excellent communication skills as well as a strong power of persuasion.   WE WORK FOR YOU ## You are there every day for our customers and we ensure that you become the best version of yourself.
