What to expect Independent case processing: You will process legal cases from private and business customers, especially from the labor law sector. Your consulting will be mainly by phone. Use of AI: In your daily work, you will have access to smart AI tools, so you can work efficiently and focus on the essentials. Legal consulting with a modern twist: You will analyze various facts and solve problems in a straightforward, pragmatic, and customer-oriented manner. Negotiations: You will conduct oral and written negotiations with insured persons, counterparties, lawyers, and authorities. What you bring You have a university degree in law (MLaw), a lawyer's patent is an advantage. You have already gained practical professional experience in labor law and have been able to apply it in practice. You are communicative and can convey complex facts in a understandable and empathetic way. Additionally, you have unbeatable negotiating skills. Foreign languages are an advantage. The satisfaction of your customers is close to your heart, and you are committed to fulfilling their concerns in the best possible way. At the same time, you have a basic economic understanding and know how to weigh costs and benefits in case processing and interpret relevant numbers. Studying files for hours is not your style - you work efficiently, solution-oriented, and pragmatically. You also remain calm in hectic times.
