As Team Leader Logistics, you lead and develop your team, ensure smooth processes, and contribute your ideas to continuously develop our logistics.

• Leading and developing the team

You lead your logistics team of 7 employees professionally and personally, promote and motivate the team in a targeted manner, and create an environment in which personal responsibility, further development, and cooperation are strengthened.

• Reliably controlling logistics

You plan, coordinate, and prioritize daily tasks and resources and ensure smooth processes from goods receipt through warehouse and forwarding to shipping.

• Helping out in daily operations

You take on your own operational area of responsibility and are present where your experience and support are needed.

• Continuously improving processes

You analyze warehouse, material, and logistics processes, optimize material flows as well as processes, ensure quality, and derive concrete measures to increase efficiency, quality, and process stability.

• Driving digitalization

You initiate improvement and digitalization projects and, together with the relevant interfaces, further develop future-oriented processes and systems.

• Thinking ahead in logistics

You collaborate on the further development of the logistics strategy and in cross-departmental supply chain projects. With relevant key figures, you keep an eye on the performance of your area.

• Experience in leadership

You bring at least 3 years of leadership experience and enjoy developing a team, motivating them, and achieving goals together.

You think in a solution- and improvement-oriented manner and understand connections. Using key figures, you identify optimization potential in processes and workflows and implement corresponding improvements in a targeted manner.

You bring an affinity for digitalization, automation, and modern logistics solutions. Knowledge of SAP and Microsoft Office, especially Excel, is an advantage.
