HR Generalist 80-100%

Your tasks

• Responsibility for the recruitment of specialists and managers as well as in France
• Active co-design and implementation of measures in vocational training
• Flexible assumption of further HR tasks and projects to support the team
• Support in HR administration throughout the entire employee lifecycle
• Responsible for the timely monthly payroll processing
• Support in the topic of time management (monthly closings and changes)
• Planning, organization, and coordination of company events as well as employee gifts
• Active participation in HR projects (process design, further development of regulations, etc.)
• Preparation of HR key figures, evaluations, and statistics

Your profile

• Several years of experience in the HR field, ideally as an HR Business Partner or HR Manager
• Very good German and French language skills
• Ability to conduct recruitment processes in the French language
• High level of initiative, strong communication skills, and enjoyment of working in a dynamic environment
