Your contribution
In this versatile role, you bear the technical responsibility for a product portfolio during lifecycle management. With your technical understanding and passion for complex systems as well as the drive for continuous improvement, you contribute significantly to ensuring that our products always meet the highest customer requirements. You act as an interface at the center between internal/external production, Research & Development, Procurement, Product Management, and Quality Assurance.

• Definition and development of the MES (Manufacturing Execution System) processes
• End-to-end implementation and continuous optimization of the MES
• Responsibility for project and sub-project management in complex MES implementations and rollouts
• Technical support of the assigned products from the release of the zero series to phase-out.
• Initiation and implementation of mechanical, electronic, or software changes together with a team of technical experts.
• Error analysis and implementation of improvement measures
• Planning and management of process validations in our production or at suppliers.
• Development and planning of the required production and testing tools
• Process support and control of the assigned production lines by monitoring key figures
• Ensuring data quality in the ERP system for smooth order processing
• Collaboration in LCM projects to contribute production technology aspects
• Support of quality assurance in technical questions
• Support of purchasing in technical questions and activities with suppliers and sub-suppliers

Your profile

• Motivation and personal responsibility to constantly improve our products and production processes.
• Engineering studies (Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Systems Engineering, or Production Technology) or Technician HF Electrical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering with at least 5 years of professional experience
• Very good knowledge of production technology, design, and logistics
• Professional experience in the regulated medical technology/bio-pharma, automation, automotive, and/or aviation industry
• Very good German and English skills in speaking and writing
