Database Manager / Database Manager 80 - 100%
Tasks
Maintenance and further development of the central data warehouse for clinical, operational and financial data (from KIS and ERP systems)
Creation of complex database queries, report templates and reports
Preliminary analysis and preparation of data for analysts and controllers
Ensuring high data quality
Technical responsibility for the annual mandatory data deliveries to external recipients (Bund, Kanton, ANQ and SwissDRG)
Assumption of partial or project leadership, for example in the context of KIS implementation
Participation in various projects
Participation in the construction of a data warehouse and management information system for data-based control of the overall company
Profile
Understanding of clinical and financial data as well as their connections or willingness to acquire corresponding knowledge
Structured and careful way of working, even with complex data structures
Strong analytical skills
Education in the field of informatics at FH or university level or several years of professional experience in a comparable function
Good knowledge of databases and SQL
Experience in dealing with KIS and ERP systems or willingness to acquire corresponding knowledge
Independent and proactive personality with high personal responsibility
Strong understanding of service and high service orientation towards internal and external partners
At least five years of experience in a similar position, ideally in healthcare
