Pflegefachperson HF with daily responsibility Your tasks • Responsible nursing, care, and advice for people of all age groups in their familiar environment • Case management including conducting interRAI-HC assessments and managing the nursing process (not a requirement) • as the daily responsible person, you are the contact person for the interdisciplinary partners, you decide, organize, and delegate arising and additional tasks • you support the employees professionally Your profile • Diploma as Pflegefachperson HF, DN II or AKP • Joy in taking responsibility and making decisions • Independent, solution-oriented way of working • High professional, social, and communication competence • Team spirit, flexibility, and joy in innovation • Joy in digital working tools • Driver's license Cat.
