You advise associations, interest groups, and companies, as well as political actors, on strategic communication issues and develop effective solutions together with them in the areas of Public Affairs, Campaigning, and Corporate Communications. A vital part of your role is the management of offices of industry associations and interest groups: You are responsible for their operational management, coordinate committees and members, and ensure professional, continuous advocacy. Your area of responsibility ranges from the conception, planning, implementation, and management of campaigns and communication measures to the leadership and coordination of project teams consisting of internal employees and external partners. Thanks to your network at the intersection of economy, society, and politics, you recognize opportunities for new mandates and actively participate in their development. In doing so, you show initiative, take responsibility, and actively help shape the further development of our agency. Your Profile You have several years of relevant experience in the areas of Public Affairs, political communication, and/or Campaigning. You bring demonstrable experience from a communication or Public Affairs agency. You have experience in managing the offices of industry associations or interest groups – or are ready to quickly grow into such a responsibility. You possess a resilient network in politics, administration, and economy and enjoy using it to build and manage new mandates. You think analytically and in networks, working in a structured and solution-oriented manner. You have sound experience in project management, strong leadership skills, and maintain an overview of tasks, budgets, and milestones even in hectic times. You enjoy continuously developing political campaigning: You develop innovative ideas, learn from the best, and implement your ideas convincingly. You bring interest and the ability to quickly grasp and apply new technical developments and AI applications in communication and campaign work – with the claim "Best in class". You are proficient in German in writing and speaking and have good French skills; English skills are an advantage.
