CDM Nurse 70% Molaine La Fondation de Nant organizes all public psychiatric care in eastern Vaud. It assumes a public health mission at the request of the State of Vaud. Its care services are open to everyone: children, adolescents, adults, and elderly people living in the districts of Aigle, Lavaux-Oron, and Riviera-Pays-d'Enhaut. They are provided by Psychiatrists, Psychologists, Nurses, Occupational Therapists, Social Workers, Educators, and other mental health professionals. La Fondation de Nant is a member of the Fédération des Hôpitaux Vaudois (FHV), the umbrella organization for Vaud regional hospitals recognized as being in the public interest. It is also part of the Réseau Santé Haut-Léman which brings together health partners from the Riviera and Pays-d'Enhaut with those from the Vaudois and Valaisan Chablais. In order to complete its team at the Unité Hospitalière de psychiatrie de la personne âgée (Molaine), La Fondation de Nant is advertising a position for an Infirmier/ère CDM at 70% THE MISSION The nurses of the psychiatric hospital unit for the elderly have the mission of ensuring the care services required for each patient, in close collaboration within an interdisciplinary team. WE OFFER The psychiatry and psychotherapy service for the elderly is one of the three services of La Fondation de Nant. Its mission is to ensure the care of people over 65 years of age from the eastern Vaud sector. The hospital unit of this service, Molaine, has the vocation of ensuring urgent, semi-urgent, or planned hospitalizations for people over 65 years of age. Being a nurse in this service means evolving in a dynamic working environment at the heart of an interdisciplinary team. WE ARE LOOKING FOR A nurse with experience in psychiatry, holder of a Bachelor of Science HES-SO in nursing with Red Cross recognition (or a title deemed equivalent). Furthermore, having the ability to be at the service of the patient, their colleagues, and the institution is important for working as a nurse within Molaine. Finally, we wish to hire a person motivated by the mission of the Foundation and who enjoys interdisciplinary teamwork.
