Job description
Gioia Cares GmbH is a private institution that has been committed to the compatibility of family and career since 2015. The company includes 9 locations, two of which have an integrated day center for seniors. We relieve working parents and enable them to pursue their profession with a clear conscience. Conceptually, we follow the early childhood education concept and create diverse opportunities for toddlers, preschoolers, and school-aged children to explore the world according to their interests. We continue to grow, which is why we are looking for a Specialist in Childcare EFZ 80 - 100% Group Leader for our location in Kirchberg. Your tasks:

You are responsible for the conscientious accompaniment and age-appropriate promotion of the children
As a group leader, you are responsible for designing daily life at the Kita with imagination, enthusiasm, and empathy, and together with the team, you create a great environment
What you bring:

A completed apprenticeship as a Specialist in Childcare Child EFZ
Vocational trainer certificate (advantageous)
Joy and patience in dealing with children
Solution-oriented and networked thinking

Commitment, openness, and teamwork skills
Joy in pedagogical professional exchange within the team
