For an innovative company in the Biel region, we are looking for an experienced personality as an Installation Manager - in the field of solar systems, immediately or by arrangement.

Your tasks:
Leading the installation on solar construction sites
Coordination of the installation team
Planning and organization of the work on site
Monitoring of deadlines, quality and costs
Control of professional execution
Ensuring safety regulations
Coordination with internal departments
Close cooperation with the project management
Accompanying the projects from the roof to the generator connection box (GAK)

Your profile:
Completed training in the manual or technical field
Experience in the installation of photovoltaic systems
Experience as an installation manager is an advantage
Technical understanding and practical thinking
Leadership experience and assertiveness
Very good German and French skills
Strong communication personality
Willingness for Switzerland-wide assignments
Good MS Office skills
NIV-14 certification is an advantage
