Sept or by agreement YOUR TASKS Cross-departmental deployment for the areas of mechanics, plastics and assembly Maintenance of injection molds as well as support in assembly Setup, production release and monitoring, quality control and documentation of products Troubleshooting, diagnostics, repairs Initiation and implementation of process improvements via KVP and Lean Manufacturing WHAT YOU BRING Polymechaniker/in EFZ or equivalent with professional experience as a mechanic or toolmaker Hands-on mentality, sense of quality and joy in practical and precise work Reliability, flexibility, resilience and pragmatism for working in an SME Autonomy, solution-oriented and high social competence Competencies and willingness for medium-term assumption of responsibility in line function Error-free German in word and writing, secure handling of common IT and PC applications in the production environment incl.
