Hotel Receptionist

The employer is looking for a:

Receptionist (80% - 100%) (reported profession)

Tasks:

• bookings, email management, check-in, guest consulting, check-out, general administration, and will support the reception manager in all Front and Back-office tasks.

Requirements:

• commercial training, has completed a Swiss hotel school or has equivalent training,
• availability to work in the employer's other branches in Losone (Parkhotel Emmaus) and Locarno (Hotel Nessi)
• experience in a similar position,
• availability, flexibility, willingness to work, open to the digital world, creativity and above all a responsible and sunny person
• excellent level of spoken and written Italian
• good level of spoken and written English and German
• basic knowledge of spoken and written French
• cat.B driver's license
• self-driving

Employment details:

• workplace Hotel Nessi in Locarno and Parkhotel Emmaus in Losone
• employment from 80 - 100%
• employment immediately, fixed-term until 31.10.2026
• shift work, Sunday and holiday work
• salary according to CCNL Ramo Alberghiero Ristorazione
