Your tasks • You support your specialist departments as an ICT Business Partner, understand their goals, and recognize early on where ICT can provide support. • You take over Demand Management: You structure requirements, prioritize together with the stakeholders, and ensure transparency in the backlog. • You coordinate and lead ICT projects and ensure that deadlines, costs, and quality are correct. • You are the interface between Business and IT and translate functional requirements into implementable solutions. • You coordinate with internal and external partners, moderate workshops, and bring different interests together. • You accompany the introduction of new solutions and ensure that they work and are used in everyday life. Your profile • You have completed a degree in Business Informatics or Informatics or have completed a comparable education and move confidently between Business and IT. • You bring several years of experience in Demand Management as well as in the management or coordination of (complex) ICT projects, preferably in an agile environment (e.g., SAFe). • You can analyze requirements in a structured manner, prioritize them, and get to the point in an understandable way. • You communicate clearly and convincingly, whether with the specialist department, IT, or management. • You maintain an overview even with multiple topics and work pragmatically and solution-oriented. • You take responsibility and act as a reliable partner towards your stakeholders.
