Your tasks

You ensure a high-quality and holistic care and nursing quality for our residents and, with your modern understanding of nursing, manage the most diverse everyday situations and are co-responsible for the design and implementation of the nursing processes. You respond to their individual needs and wishes with respect and mindfulness. You ensure the electronic nursing documentation and the application of the RAI system regarding nursing standards.
You support your colleagues in demanding situations. You maintain professional and empathetic contacts with relatives and trusted persons.

Your development is important to us: We support you according to your interests in topics such as Palliative Care, wound management, ethics, RAI:LTCF, etc., which you can apply in everyday life.

Your profile

• Education at tertiary level (FH, HF, DNII, AKP, PsyKP, KWS), education at secondary level (FaGe, FaBe, DNI, FASRK, elderly caregiver, home caregiver)
• Experience in the long-term care sector is an advantage but not a condition
• Open and constructive personality, responsible and committed work with the resident, flexibility, empathetic handling in everyday life
