For the Primarschule Uster, we are looking for a school social worker (75%) on a temporary basis from 1 December 2026 to 31 December 2027 or by arrangement. You advise and accompany students, parents, and teachers in educational and social matters. In the event of crises and conflicts, you carry out interventions in classes. Furthermore, you perform prevention and project work. You work together with the school management, the school teams, and with specialist centers.

You bring with you:

• a diploma from a university of applied sciences in social work or social pedagogy
• professional experience in school social work or a CAS in school social work with counseling experience at the interface of youth welfare and school
• competencies in the areas of counseling, prevention, and intervention
• an independent and interdisciplinary way of working
• high communication skills
• enjoyment of working with children and adolescents in a school environment
