To complete our team in the manufacturing department, we are looking for a:

Grinder Mechanic (F/M/X) 100%

Your mission ###

You guarantee the micrometric precision and surface finish of our components. You prepare, set up, and operate our grinding and finishing processes.

Your responsibilities ###

• Setup on centerless grinding, flat honing, and superfinishing machines
• Setup for tribofinishing operations
• Carrying out machining operations by material removal
• Inspection of the various machined parts
• Guaranteeing compliance with quality and safety standards
• First-level maintenance of equipment

Your profile ###

• You hold a CFC in production mechanics, polymechanic, or a training deemed equivalent.
• Confirmed experience of at least 3 years in a similar function
• Comfortable reading plans and machining complex parts with full autonomy
• Good knowledge of ISO programming
• Methodical, solution-oriented mindset, rigor, and ability to organize work and priorities according to expectations
• Common use of MS Office IT tools

Workplace: 2504 Bienne (BE)

Working hours: daytime, but willing to work in a team occasionally.
