To complete our team in the manufacturing department, we are looking for a: Grinder Mechanic 100% (F/M/X) Your mission ### At the heart of product development, you will produce high-precision prototypes and tooling, often unique, in a stimulating technical environment. You will support and train our apprentices throughout the entire duration of their curriculum. Your responsibilities ### • Set-up on centerless grinding, flat lapping, and superfinishing machines • Set-up for tribofinishing operations • Execution of machining operations by material removal • Inspection of various machined parts • Guaranteeing compliance with quality and safety standards • First-level maintenance of equipment Your profile ### • You hold a CFC in production mechanics, polymechanic, or an equivalent training. • Confirmed experience of at least 3 years in a similar role • Comfortable reading blueprints and machining complex parts with full autonomy • Good knowledge of ISO programming • Methodical, solution-oriented mindset, rigor, and ability to organize work and priorities according to expectations • Proficient use of MS Office IT tools Workplace: 2504 Bienne (BE) Working hours: daytime, but willing to work in a team occasionally.
