Group Leader (HF/FH) 70%- 80%

At the heilpädagogisches Schulinternat Rosenhügel, children and adolescents (4-18 J.) with cognitive and complex developmental impairments are cared for, supported, and taught. We offer 18 places within a comprehensive protected, special education framework.   We are looking for, as of 1 October 2026 or by arrangement, a Group Leader (HF/FH) 70%- 80% Your challenge • You take responsibility for the leadership of a residential group with approx. 8 employees in administrative, organizational, and personnel matters. • You are involved in the management team, participating in the operational management and quality development of the institution.  • Together with the team, you lead, accompany, and care for the 6 children and adolescents in a mixed-age residential group. • You work actively with the parents, shaping the interdisciplinary cooperation with teachers and other specialists. • You perform irregular shifts in shift operation, one to two weekend assignments per month, and occasional on-site night standby services.   Your profile • You have completed training in social pedagogy (FH/HF). • Preferably, you have experience in the special education field and in leading teams. • You find joy and have strengths in relationship management and in challenging pedagogical work. • You are an proactive, team-oriented, and humorous personality. • Additional qualifications in practical training and leadership, as well as a driver's license, are desired.   Our offer • We offer you a versatile and demanding activity in an exciting pedagogical environment, in a beautiful location, with very special children and adolescents. • We offer scope to contribute your own ideas and to take on responsibility. • We offer teamwork with a committed, interdisciplinary, professionally top-tier, and experienced team. • We offer supervision, internal and external training opportunities as well as the progressive employment conditions of the Stiftung Zürcher Kinder- und Jugendheime.
