TEAM LEADER BAKERY (W/M/D) YOUR MAIN TASKS As team leader, you take responsibility for the bakery at our production site Rossboden, including the leadership of a team of 14 employees. You actively work in the day shift and continuously develop both the team and the production processes. You monitor the machinery, organize the goods ordering and incoming goods inspection, and consistently implement our hygiene concept. You create daily schedules as well as production plans and take on administrative tasks. You participate in the development of new products and the further development of our assortment.
