Accountant with payroll function 80-100%

Your main tasks include:

• Managing the payroll accounting in Abacus
• Checking compliance with GAV regulations in the field of security services
• Managing the financial accounting in Abacus
• Recording and monitoring accounts payable
• Preparing the quarterly VAT returns
• Support in invoicing and the dunning process
• Preparing annual financial statements and quarterly closings
• Support during audits by various control bodies
• Managing liquidity planning
• Processing and supporting the preparation of budgets

For this task, you bring with you:

• Very good knowledge of the ERP software Abacus (payroll accounting, accounts payable / accounts receivable, personnel and order management)
• A completed commercial apprenticeship with further training as a specialist in finance and accounting with a federal diploma (eidg. Fachausweis) or comparable further training
• At least three to four years of professional experience in managing payroll accounting
• Sound knowledge in the area of IT applications (Office 365)
• Excellent language skills in German, both written and spoken
• Italian and French skills are an advantage
• An entrepreneurial personality with a strong flair for numbers
• A very precise and efficient way of working
• Strong communication skills, resilience, reliability, discretion and loyalty
