Pflegefachfrau / Pflegefachmann HF/FH/DNII in night shift 80-100%   Your tasks • Holistic care and nursing of the guests in the sense of our nursing mission statement • Management of the nursing process incl. evaluation of nursing activities at night • Execution of treatment nursing activities • Support of our guests in personal hygiene and other everyday life activities • Regular rounds • Electronic nursing documentation using CareCoach (possible mobile with CareCoach smartphones) • Assumption and responsibility for assigned professional tasks at night Your profile • Completed training as a Dipl. Pflegefachfrau/Pflegefachmann HF/FH/DNII or an equivalent training recognized by the SRK • Professional experience in long-term care is an advantage • RAI/BESA knowledge desired or willingness to attend these courses (will be paid for) • Professional experience Spitex/Inhouse Spitex is an advantage • A warm and humorous basic attitude • Enjoyment of versatile challenges • Good German language skills in speaking and writing Why Tertianum?
