In order to complete our team within the Pet Insurance Division, we are looking for a Customer Service and Underwriting Manager The various missions awaiting you: Process incoming mail and e-mails Manage incoming and outgoing telephone calls Inform our clients about their contracts and their reimbursements Advise our prospects on our range of products (dog and cat insurance) Support Vaudoise agencies in processing complex requests What makes you unique: CFC in commercial employee or equivalent training Natural ease on the phone and sense of contact, strong interest in customer relations Bilingual French and German or Italian Proficiency in common IT tools (Outlook, Word) Interest in the animal world (dogs and cats) Strong team spirit AFA Certification (Non-Life) a plus If you are also dynamic, curious about the world around you and eager to learn, then you are the person we need.
