For our top-frequented bakery branch in Wädenswil with specialties from our bakery & delicacies from the associated restaurant Olive, we are looking for a warm and committed personality who knows and loves our products and passes this enthusiasm on to our guests.

Your tasks

• You advise our guests warmly, attentively, and competently and make the purchase a moment of enjoyment
• You present our versatile assortment attractively and ensure an inviting sales counter
• You know our products and can inspire our guests with your knowledge and enthusiasm
• You operate our cash register reliably and ensure a smooth sales process
• You prepare our coffee specialties with passion and care
• You ensure freshness, quality, and an attractive presentation of our products
• Together with your team, you ensure order, cleanliness, and a well-maintained sales area
• You take orders and respond to the individual wishes of our guests
• You support your team wherever help is currently needed – because many things are easier together
• You get actively involved, think ahead, and contribute to a positive atmosphere with your personality

What you bring with you

• Completed training in retail is an advantage – ideally with experience in the food sector, in a bakery, confectionery, or chocolaterie
• Experience in sales or gastronomy is welcome
• You love contact with people and enjoy advising our guests personally
• You are open, warm, and enthusiastic and like to approach people
• You work reliably, independently, and maintain an overview even in hectic moments
• You have a well-groomed appearance and good manners
• You enjoy working in a team and pitch in where you are needed
• Good German skills - other languages are of great advantage
• You identify with our products and enjoy getting to know new things
