Your tasks

• Regular inspection and assessment of the objects as well as the building infrastructure, including reporting of defects
• Execution of minor repair work
• Accompanying and monitoring internal as well as external suppliers and tradespeople
• Execution of quality controls in the areas of cleaning, building and security
• Contact person for the customer as well as receipt and processing of customer orders

Your profile

• Completed training as Specialist in Facility Management EFZ or technical or manual vocational training
• Several years of professional experience as a technical caretaker
• Sound basic technical knowledge in HLKSE (heating, ventilation, air conditioning, sanitary, electrical)
• Strong customer focus and service orientation
• Very good German skills as well as good user knowledge in MS-Office
