We are looking for the following profile for our client in the Solothurn region: Head of Quality Management & HSE / Environmental Protection (m/w/d) 100% Your responsibility • Leadership and further development of the Quality & HSE department • Ensuring a high-performance organization, promoting employees and actively shaping a quality and safety culture • Responsibility for budget, resource and personnel planning in agreement with the Plant Director • Overall responsibility for the quality management system as well as compliance with all relevant standards • Ensuring effective processes in the areas of complaint management, CAPA, change management, risk and document management • Planning, implementation and accompaniment of internal and external audits as well as ensuring the sustainable implementation of measures • Ensuring effective testing, measurement and production control processes to meet the highest quality standards • Responsibility for environmental, health and safety management at the site Qualifications Your profile • Technical or scientific degree or equivalent education • Further training in the field of quality • Leadership experience • Analytical, structured and solution-oriented way of working • Very good German and English language skills Are you looking for an exciting and new challenge in a modern and forward-looking company?
