In a two-person team, you are responsible for the full-scale management of a portfolio in the greater Zurich area.

Your tasks:

• Management of a portfolio in the Zurich area with a focus on residential
• Functional leadership of a clerk
• Ensuring property maintenance according to the management contract
• Budget preparation and monitoring in cooperation with the mandate manager
• Creation of reportings
• Periodic real estate inspections and condition assessments
• Acceptance and handover of rental properties and general field service activities
• Functional leadership of the caretakers
• Execution of lease and rent changes (residential & commercial)
• Review of the heating and operating cost statements prepared by the accounting department
• Handling of insurance cases
• Personal and telephone support for the customer and the tenants
• Invoice control of pre-accounted documents
• Representation of the owner in conciliation proceedings

What you bring with you:

• Federal Diploma of Higher Education in Real Estate Management
• Completed commercial basic training or a technical basic training with further commercial training
• Mandatory: several years of professional and field experience in real estate management
• Good accounting and tenancy law knowledge
• Proficient German in speaking and writing
• Good industry-specific IT knowledge, GARAIO REM an advantage
• Driver's license Cat. B for field service assignments (pool vehicles are available)
• Independent, self-responsible and resilient team player with perseverance and assertiveness
