This field of activity excites you

• Independent processing of all payment transactions
• Management and administration of accounts payable including invoice verification and payment releases
• Responsibility for accounts receivable as well as monitoring open items and the dunning process
• Control, posting, and reconciliation of credit card statements
• Management of the cash register including cash closing and posting of cash movements
• Substitution of team colleagues as needed as well as during holiday and absence periods

These competencies are what we desire

• You have training as an accounting clerk or a commercial basic education, ideally with a specialization in accounting/finance
• You bring several years of professional experience in accounts payable and accounts receivable, if possible in raw material trade (min. 3 years)
• You have very good German and good English skills in speaking and writing
• You are characterized by teamwork, helpfulness, and are strong in communication when in contact with employees, customers, and suppliers
• Reliability and discretion in handling confidential data as well as an independent, exact, and timely way of working are natural for you
• You have experience with ERP and accounting systems (e.g., Performis or Gen10), payment software (Mamut), as well as MS Excel
• You convince through a friendly appearance, flexibility, initiative, and resilience as well as intercultural competence in dealing with international business partners.
