Event Manager Catering (100%)

Your tasks

In this versatile role, you will accompany our events from the initial planning to the successful implementation. You will work closely with our kitchen, the event team, our customers as well as external partners and suppliers.

Your tasks specifically include:

Support and advice for our customers before, during and after the event

Coordination of personnel, material, furniture, beverages and logistics

Organization and preparation of the events in our Produktionsbetrieb in Schwanden

Close coordination with kitchen, purchasing and event management

Communication with locations, suppliers and external partners

Assistance with deployment and resource planning

Control of event preparations and ensuring a smooth process

Operational cooperation and responsibility directly on site

Post-processing and administrative handling of the events

What you bring with you

You are an organizational talent, maintain an overview even with several events running in parallel and enjoy designing special occasions together with customers.

Ideally, you bring the following:

Experience in gastronomy, hotel management, catering or event management

A completed education in a gastronomic, commercial or comparable field is an advantage

Strong organizational talent and independent way of working

Enjoyment of direct customer contact and a professional appearance

Good administrative and communicative skills

Very good German skills; English skills are an advantage

Confident handling of common digital work tools

Flexibility and willingness to be deployed partly in the evenings or on weekends during events

Resilience and the ability to maintain an overview even in hectic situations

Driver's license category B
