La Fondation Clair Bois is a private organization benefiting from a service contract with the State of Geneva. In its six sites located in Pregny-Chambésy, Lancy (Pôle Enfance Adolescence), Pinchat, Chêne-Bougeries, Chêne-Bourg and in the City of Geneva (Pôle Adultes), it welcomes people in situations of multi-handicap. It also supports young people in initial training, and employs a significant number of employees in adapted employment.
For the Pôle Adultes, the Foundation is looking for: Two socio-educational assistants for the Pinchat home:
Job description:

• Accompany people with multi-handicaps in daily life and in the specific interventions of their personalized project
• Actively participate in the animation of the living place, weekends and leisure activities
• Be a source of proposals for activities and outings meeting the needs of the residents
• Contribute to the improvement of the quality of support and the personalized project of the residents
• Strengthen the autonomy and integration of residents into neighborhood life
• Contribute to an optimal circulation of information and the quality of links between the different professions of the institution Participate in the development of the Pôle Adultes

Qualifications:

• Hold a CFC as a socio-educational assistant.
• Professional experience with people in situations of disability.
• Ability to work in a multidisciplinary team.
• Mastery of standard IT tools.
• Swiss nationality or valid permit.
• Driver's license.
