Your tasks • Holistic care and nursing of guests in the sense of our nursing philosophy and the nursing process • Taking on tasks as a reference person for nursing • Participation in the nursing process and in the assessment of nursing needs with RAI for the assigned guests • Electronic nursing documentation using CareCoach (mobile possible with CareCoach smartphone) • Planning and accompanying doctor's visits • Taking on daily responsibility • Taking on tasks as a theme carrier for a specialist topic and thus participating in the group-wide network for nursing quality • Independent assumption of responsibility for the entire station during the night shift Your profile • Completed training as a specialist in health EFZ • Professional experience in long-term care is an advantage • RAI knowledge is desired or willingness to attend these courses (paid) • A warm and humorous basic attitude • Joy in versatile challenges • Good German language skills in writing and speaking Why Tertianum?
