Laundry Employee

Das Kantonale Gesundheitszentrum Appenzell ensures high-quality healthcare and elderly care for the population of Appenzell and Innerrhoden. For our Economy/-Housekeeping team, we are looking for a Laundry Employee (80%) starting 1 November 2026 or by arrangement Your tasks – Collaboration in all areas of the laundry (soiled area, risk area, finish area, sewing area and distribution service) – Co-responsibility for the timely processing of private and operational laundry We expect – Completed vocational training as Fachfrau/-mann Hauswirtschaft EFZ – Sound knowledge in handling textiles and washing chemicals – Previous experience in home/hospital or industrial laundry is desirable – Independent, motivated and proactive personality – Responsible way of thinking and acting – Flexible readiness for deployment and high resilience – Good German language skills, dialect is an advantage – Equanimity and patience in dealing with residents, patients and their relatives – High service orientation Our offer – Independent, responsible and versatile area of work – No split shifts – Attractive additional benefits (fringe benefits) – Family-like working atmosphere Are you motivated and flexible, love challenges and want to work in a dynamic team?
