For municipal tree care, we are looking for a technically skilled, responsible and team-oriented personality. Together with the Tree Care team, internal specialist departments and external partners, you will make an important contribution to the safe, healthy and sustainable development of Winterthur's city trees.
Tree Care Specialist (80-100 %)
Your tasks
Carrying out tree inspections, follow-up inspections and technical assessments
Planning, prioritization and implementation of tree care and safety measures
Participation in in-depth investigations, expert reports, tree protection and replacement plantings
Ensuring traffic and occupational safety as well as technical quality standards
Documentation of work and data maintenance in the tree register
Your profile
Vocational training in the field of tree care, forestry, horticulture or comparable qualification
Practical experience in tree inspection, tree care, tree protection or a comparable environment
Responsible, independent and careful way of working
Team-oriented personality with awareness of quality, safety and costs
Digital affinity as well as willingness for administrative documentation and data maintenance
