ICT Supporter or ICT Supporter Service Desk (80 – 100%)

Your tasks

• Support and assistance for our employees regarding ICT inquiries and malfunctions.
• Installation, configuration, and maintenance of workstation, network, software, and mobile systems.
• Analysis and resolution of hardware, software, network, and interface problems.
• Monitoring and coordination of support cases including escalation management.
• Administration of user accounts, access permissions, and ICT inventory.
• Maintenance of documentation, instructions, and operational aids.
• Application of simple scripts to optimize daily work.
• Participation in the evaluation, introduction, and further development of ICT solutions.
• Support in the further development of the ITSM process landscape.

Your profile

• IT specialist (Informatiker/Informatikerin EFZ) with an affinity for IT Service Management.
• Several years of professional experience in a comparable function.
• Enthusiastic, communicative, and customer-oriented personality with high teamwork skills.
• Independent, responsible, and solution-oriented way of working.
• Proficient oral and written German.
• Good French skills are an advantage.
