For our client, a successful Swiss industrial company in the Winterthur region, we are looking for an experienced and practically-minded personality for technical building maintenance.

A modern production building is currently being created at this location. With the new building technology, technical operations are also growing. Therefore, we are looking for an additional specialist to support the existing operations technician.

The position is also ideal for experienced service technicians from the HLKS sector who wish to continue using their technical know-how practically, but would like to work in-house at a fixed location in the future.

Operations Technician Building Technology / HLKS 100 %

Your tasks

• Maintenance, upkeep, and monitoring of building technology systems
• Troubleshooting, fault rectification, and minor repairs
• Accompanying installations and commissioning in the new production building
• Coordination of external craftsmen and service providers
• Collaboration on minor conversions and technical projects
• Ensuring reliable technical operations
• Maintenance of technical documentation and system data

Your profile

• You are a down-to-earth and reliable personality, enjoy working independently, and are ready to roll up your sleeves.
• Basic technical training in the field of HLKS, building technology, or similar
• Professional experience in service, building maintenance, or operations technology
• Good knowledge of building technology systems
• Experience with building management systems is an advantage
• Manual dexterity and a practical way of working
• Independent and reliable personality
• Very good German language skills and good IT user skills
