Ambitious Accounting Assistant (50–60%) (w/m/d) Your tasks: Independent management of ongoing creditor accounting, including checking, recording and booking of invoices, documents and bank transactions Maintenance, reconciliation and control of financial accounts as well as ensuring correct and timely booking of all business transactions Management and monitoring of open items as well as support in debtor accounting and dunning Active participation in the preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements in cooperation with the financial management Support in optimizing and further developing accounting processes as well as participation in administrative tasks in the financial sector Deputy secretariat, especially in the area of telephone service and general administrative activities Your profile: Completed commercial training, ideally in the construction industry, trust or a comparable environment with in-depth accounting knowledge Several years of professional experience in accounting, preferably in an SME, or ongoing further training for the specialist certificate in finance and accounting Secure handling of MS Office, especially Excel, as well as a pronounced affinity for digital work tools and processes Experience with accounting software such as SORBA or similar systems as well as the willingness to quickly get familiar with new applications Structured, precise and reliable way of working with high quality standards and sense of responsibility Team-oriented, discreet and committed personality who recognizes potential for improvement, acts independently and wants to continuously develop professionally Are you ready to take on a versatile and responsible task where you can fully utilize your strengths in finance?
