This is what you can expect ### • In a varied mix of telephone and personal consulting, you acquire new customers and sell needs-based health insurance and pension solutions. • You master the care of existing policyholders as well as daily customer contact independently and actively. • You create offers, carry out administrative tasks and arrange appointments with potential new customers. • Your ideas are in demand: you work with us at trade fair and stand events and represent CONCORDIA on site. This is what you bring ### • A completed basic vocational training in a sales-oriented environment and you are skilled in using a PC. • Your German is convincing - both when speaking and writing - and forms an important basis for successful consulting conversations. • Sales and consulting are your passion: you have a sense of people and can access an existing network, which you continuously expand. • Communication is your strength: you appear self-confident and convince with your open and sympathetic nature. Independent and responsible working is a matter of course for you. • You have completed the VBV training or are motivated to complete it - we support you in doing so.
