Your contribution

• Assist the direction of proceedings in small and large criminal investigations, particularly in the field of protection of the State, mainly in German
• Support the planning of proceedings, prepare and implement the collection of evidence, interrogations and coercive measures
• Clarify legal issues, independently draft decisions and legal documents of all kinds (e.g., indictments, complaints and positions)
• Prepare final decisions such as indictments, decrees of accusation, decrees of non-prosecution, decrees of dismissal
• Act as the contact person for all parties involved in procedural matters

What distinguishes you

• University degree in law with a good knowledge of criminal law and criminal procedure
• Bar admission; further qualifications desired (e.g. doctoral thesis, LL.M., CAS)
• Professional experience at a prosecutor's office, a court, a law firm or in a related sector
• Structured and result-oriented working method as well as interconnected thinking and a solution-oriented, pragmatic and decisive personality, with a positive attitude and a strong spirit of collaboration
• Relevant oral and written communication for the sector
• Good active knowledge of at least one second official language and English, passive knowledge of the third official language constitutes an advantage
