• You advise customers competently in all IT matters and accompany them in the implementation of projects
• You take over the professional leadership as well as the training of the support team
• You bear the responsibility for the smooth operation and the successful implementation of projects within your customer base
• You support and continuously develop the IT infrastructures of your customers
• You work conceptually, always with a view to project success and cost control

Your profile ##

• You have a completed education or further training in the field of computer science.
• You bring sound experience in technical project management as well as in customer support.
• Pronounced knowledge in Microsoft 365, Azure, AD, Entra ID
• Analytical thinking and an independent, structured way of working are a matter of course for you.
• Your pronounced communication skills as well as fluent German skills round off your profile.
