To strengthen our team, we are looking for a committed, service-oriented, and skillful person as a workshop manager | bicycle mechanic CFC at Thömus AG.

Your tasks - You make things move:

• You manage the workshop and are responsible for your small team.
• You like to share your knowledge and train apprentices.
• You perform service, repair, and maintenance work on customers' bicycles.
• You work autonomously and in a customer-oriented manner.
• As a service provider, you skillfully respond to customer wishes and maintain an overview even in a rush.
• You routinely enter, coordinate, and process orders via our digital tools.
• You share our requirement to provide every customer with the perfect bicycle - technically impeccable and individually adapted.
• You have a certain flair for sales and enjoy contact with customers.

Your profile - what you bring:

• You have a completed training as a bicycle mechanic CFC or an equivalent qualification.
• You have completed the professional trainer course or are willing to do so.
• You share our interest in bicycles and enjoy riding yourself.
• You have a great interest in technology and are happy to commit to the development of Thömus bicycles.
• You work autonomously with strong personal initiative, are careful, responsible, and flexible - even in times of excitement, you keep control and roll up your sleeves.
• Teamwork, reliability, and a common goal are obvious to you - you are motivated to progress yourself and to move the team forward.
