Your tasks: Technical leadership of a team of 4 - 6 employees Setting up and operating multi-axis CNC turning and milling machines Manufacturing complex individual parts and small series based on drawings Working on conventional turning and milling machines Deburring and polishing the produced parts Monitoring the production process and quality inspection of the manufactured parts Developing and implementing suggestions for improvement (CIP) Your profile: Apprenticeship as a Polymechaniker EFZ, Produktionsmechaniker or equivalent Several years of professional experience in the complex machining of chip-removing parts Sound knowledge and handling of CNC-controlled machines Experience as a shift supervisor or team leader desirable High degree of flexibility, precision and personal responsibility Analytical and conceptual skills Communicative, team-oriented "doer personality" Readiness for 2-shift model Have we aroused your interest?
