To strengthen our team in the Assembly & Logistics department, we are looking for a committed and reliable employee (m/f/d) for our assembly line in the Highrunner area "Large", starting immediately or by agreement. The current place of work is located in Baden AG. As part of our site expansion, the place of work for this position will be completely relocated to Seon AG from Q4/2026. In a motivated team of around 12-14 employees, you will work on our modern assembly line for turbochargers and actively contribute to quality, efficiency, and timely production. Your tasks: Assembly of assemblies and components along the assembly line Balancing of rotors according to quality specifications Ensuring timely assembly of turbochargers Reading, understanding, and consistently implementing work instructions and defined processes Packing of turbochargers and individual parts for air, sea, and truck transport Carrying out visual quality controls on components Inspection and maintenance of provided working tools Active participation in continuous improvement processes (CIP) Your background: Completed technical basic training, ideally as a polymechanic EFZ with a focus on assembly, production mechanic, or car mechanic Impeccable criminal record (mandatory due to air freight security-relevant activities) SUVA-recognized forklift license an advantage SUVA-recognized crane operator's license an advantage Independent, reliable, and responsible way of working Teamwork and good communication skills Very good German language skills in writing and speaking Good MS-Office user skills, especially Excel, an advantage High quality awareness and pronounced manual skills Commitment, flexibility, and solution-oriented thinking Your benefits: International and dynamic work environment Global parental leave program Canteen Childcare Attractive vacation plans Employee support program We look forward to your application (also in English).
